We are a print on demand company and all products are made to order. We design our prints in house, hire and use outsourced manufacturers to print our graphic designs for speed and quality. Some items will ship separately.
Art is mainly made digitially using AI technology and takes 2 -3 days to create and print to canvas. Shipping is from the United States which means art canvas products offer a shorter fulfillment time, average order takes approx 5 -10 days from order to delivery (in most cases). We do not guarantee delivery times for any of our products.
Apparel takes 5 - 12 business days to create. In some cases due to item back order or quality issues, there may be a slight delay (usually of no more than 7 additional days). Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number to the email you provided during check out.
After your item has completed production, a shipping label will be created. You will be notified of the tracking number as soon as it's created. The shipping process can take 2 weeks, if you would like expedited shipping, please add the option at checkout. We cannot expedite production, only shipping.
Please note if your item is delayed, we will send a notification by email and/or chat.
Expedited shipping is an option (on some products during check out), however, please note expedited shipping accelerates the shipping time, not the processing time. The expedited shipping time frame is between 3 to 7 business days.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL however, Gamestriss Graphics will accept returns on items that were damaged upon receipt (damages include incorrect sizing from the warehouse/fulfillment center, faulty printing, tears/holes in item). All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. No exceptions.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Printer issues such as print smudge etc, will require the garment to be washed and photo sent to
We do not offer returns OR exchanges on items due to incorrect size chosen, change of heart on color (where applicable), etc. Please make sure that you use our sizing charts or contact us via email if you’re unsure before purchasing.
If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address YOU provide during order processing.
Once payment is received, orders are automatically processed for production and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If you've made an error in your order, a 30-minute window is provided for order cancellation. Beyond this half-hour grace period, no cancellations will be entertained and the order will proceed as placed.
Please note that colors may not be exact, but extremely close, due to digital mockup limitations and varying screen resolutions. If for any reason there is a defect in our product, customer has approximately 10 (calendar) days from date of delivery confirmation to notify us of the defect. Please email@example.com Additionally, we are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office.
Our products are made using Print On Demand Technology provided by international vendors which allows us to customize products with our unique graphics. This means we make your custom product once it's ordered. Your item is made with quality, care and loving artwork and is well worth the wait.
