I don’t like the product or I changed my mind, can I return it for an exchange or refund?
All sales are final and can only be refunded if an error is made on our end. We do not offer exchanges.
Once payment is received, orders are automatically processed for production and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If you've made an error in your order, a 30-minute window is provided for order cancellation. Beyond this half-hour grace period, no cancellations will be entertained and the order will proceed as placed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our products are printed on demand, which means your custom product is sent to a vendor to be fulfilled. This vendor fulfillment process can take 5 - 12 business days. At times, products could be delayed by the vendor. For example if the product is out of stock. Once the order has been shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number. Shipping time is approx. 7- 14 business days. This time frame is an estimate and not guaranteed, however an email notification will be provided along with your tracking number.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is ready to go, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment.
My package says delivered, but i didn’t receive it?
Please check with your post office, once the package is confirmed successfully delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the post office. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, for additional assistance if you are unable to resolve the issue.
Packages lost in transit may be replaced as a long as we are notified within 2 weeks after the missed delivery date. Please notify us at email@example.com.
Please double check the address was entered correctly. Orders with Incorrect addresses will be replaced at the customer’s expense if entered incorrectly. Feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
Please send a picture and notify us at email@example.com. We will gladly replace it.
What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?
Shipment’s could be delayed for reason’s we can’t predict, especially now with everything going on. We sincerely apologize for any delays, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need assistance tracking your shipment.
