SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Processing Time

Gamestriss Graphics is a print-on-demand company, creating all products made-to-order. Our unique prints are designed in-house and produced through trusted outsourced manufacturers, ensuring speed and quality. Please note, some items may ship separately.

Artwork is primarily designed digitally using advanced AI technology, requiring approximately 2-5 business days for creation and printing. The total fulfillment process, from order placement to delivery, typically ranges between 5-10 business days. While we strive to deliver promptly, we do not guarantee specific delivery times.

Occasionally, delays can occur due to item backorders or quality control checks, potentially extending processing by up to an additional 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping

After production completion, a shipping label is generated, and tracking information will be immediately provided to the email address submitted at checkout. Standard shipping may take up to 2 weeks. For quicker delivery, an expedited shipping option is available at checkout (shipping only; production times remain unaffected).

In the event of any shipping delays, you will be notified promptly via email and/or chat.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available on select products during checkout, reducing transit time to approximately 3-7 business days. Please remember, expedited shipping does not affect production time.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we accept returns exclusively for items received damaged, incorrectly sized by the fulfillment center, or those with production faults such as printing errors or structural damage (tears, holes, etc.). Replacement items will be identical in size and color—no substitutions permitted.

For claims involving printing defects (such as smudging), photographic evidence must be provided by email to info@gamestrissgraphics.com.

Returns or exchanges are not permitted for customer sizing errors, color preferences, or change-of-mind decisions. We strongly recommend consulting our sizing charts or contacting us before purchasing if you have sizing concerns.

If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address, address change after shipment, or undeliverable status, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please verify your shipping address thoroughly at checkout. We ship exclusively to the address provided during order processing.

Order Cancellation

Orders automatically enter production once payment is processed and cannot be canceled thereafter. However, we offer a 30-minute cancellation window immediately following order placement. Beyond this window, no cancellations are possible, and your order will continue to fulfillment as originally submitted.

Additional Information

Due to digital mockups and varying screen resolutions, product colors may slightly differ from the images shown online.

Should you receive a defective product, please notify us within 10 calendar days of delivery confirmation by emailing info@gamestrissgraphics.com.

Please note, Gamestriss Graphics is not liable for postal service issues such as lost or stolen packages, or delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If tracking indicates a successful delivery, responsibility transfers to the postal service.
