Processing

Gamestriss Graphics specializes in print-on-demand products, each crafted specifically per order. All designs are created in-house, with trusted outsourced manufacturers handling printing to ensure premium quality and timely production. Due to this process, some items may ship separately.

Shipping

Our custom products typically take between 2 and 12 business days to produce depending on the product, followed by an additional 7 to 10 business days for transit. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for select products at checkout. Please note, expedited shipping reduces transit time only (approximately 3-7 business days), and does not impact production time.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Gamestriss Graphics only accepts returns on products received damaged or defective. Eligible damages include incorrect sizing sent by the fulfillment center, faulty prints, or structural damage (tears, holes, etc.). Items will be replaced with an identical product in the same color—no substitutions permitted.

In case of printing defects (such as smudges), the garment must be washed, and clear photographic evidence should be sent via email to info@gamestrissgraphics.com.

Returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or personal preferences (color changes, etc.) are not accepted. Please consult our sizing charts or contact info@gamestrissgraphics.com with questions before ordering.

Customers are responsible for reshipment fees if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we ship exclusively to the address provided at order placement.

Order Cancellation

Orders automatically proceed to production upon payment confirmation and cannot be canceled afterward. However, we offer a 30-minute cancellation window immediately following order submission. After this period, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Additional Information

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to digital mockup limitations and differences in screen resolutions.

Any product defects must be reported within 10 calendar days of delivery confirmation by emailing info@gamestrissgraphics.com.

Gamestriss Graphics is not responsible for postal service-related issues, including lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages. Once tracking information indicates a package has been successfully delivered, responsibility transfers to the postal service.
